Check Imaging

The Check Image processing will make life easier for you by replacing stacks of checks with a legally acceptable check image document. Each month you will receive an account statement with laser printed “image” of your checks. Your checks will be printed in numerical order, eliminating the need to sort and file them before balancing your account. The posted date, check number and amount will also be printed below each image for easy reference.

If you need an image of the back of your check for proof of payment, it can be furnished immediately by fax or mail. The Bank will keep permanent records of the front and back of your checks, which eliminates your employee’s time retrieving and searching through documents.
