DNB First's Banking Access is our online banking product,
which allows you to use your own Internet connection
to conduct your personal or business banking online.

How much does Banking Access or Business Access
cost?
- PERSONAL: Banking
Access is FREE for personal accounts!
- BUSINESS: Business
Access is FREE for business accounts, $25 per statement
cycle for ACH capabilties such as Direct Deposit of
Payroll.
How much is the Bill Payment option?
- PERSONAL: The
Bill Payment option is FREE for personal accounts.
- BUSINESS: The Bill
Payment option is FREE for business accounts. There
is a $30.00 charge per statement cycle if you choose
ACH capability such as direct deposit of payroll.
What kind of browser do I need?
DNB First's online banking supports Netscape Navigator
4.74 and higher, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
and higher with SSL protocol. AOL users can download
the most current version from your AOL Access Page.
For all others, check your browser at http://www.verisign.com/server/prg/browser.
Is Banking Access or Business Access secure?
DNB uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol
designed to protect data. It provides authentication
that you are communicating with the Bank's server, provides
128-bit encryption to scramble data transmissions, and
also provides a system to detect tampering of the data
sent to you by DNB First. If tampering is detected in
the SSL, the connection is broken.
Your transactions are conducted on a site that is certified
by VeriSign, a trusted Internet security company.
Customers are required to use a 7-digit alphanumeric
password. Please keep it safe.
How do I see a Demo?

fields in the body section of this page. Stop by any one
of our nine branch locations and a Customer Service Representative
can show you how to access it.
How do I sign up for Banking Access or Business
Access?
Go into our website www.dnbfirst.com
and click on Online at the maroon bar in the middle
of the page. Then click either personal or business
Printable Online Form under the online Banking Application,
upon which, an Internet Banking Services Agreement &
Disclosure Statement will be displayed. After reading,
if you agree, click on I Accept and an application will
be displayed. Print the application, complete, sign
and return to the bank by mail to DNB First, BankingAccess
Department, 104 Brandywine Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335,
drop off at any branch, or fax to 610-873-5229. You
may also go into any branch location to sign up or obtain
an application. You will then receive a Welcome Kit
with further instructions and your temporary Password.

How current is my account information?
The balances for your checking and savings accounts
are real-time (up-to-date) and will change throughout
the day based on your activity. All other account information
such as loan and certificates of deposit balances are
current as of the end-of-day processing from the previous
day.
When will my transfer take place?
Transfers made prior to 3:00 p.m. EST on regular business
days will be credited that same day. Transfers made
after 3:00 p.m. EST will be credited on the next regular
business day. Every day is a business day, except Saturdays,
Sundays and federal holidays. If you have any other
