DNB FIRST ADDS NEW RETAIL SALES MANAGER                 

                          

DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania – February 8, 2008 – DNB Financial Corporation, parent company of DNB First, National Association, announced that Andrew D. McMenamin has joined DNB First as Vice President/Retail Sales Manager for the branch network. He was most recently employed by Citibank and Allegiance Bank of North America.

Andrew brings over thirteen years of progressive management experience with national an regional community banking institutions. He has expertise in managing multiple units, creating synergy among staff members, developing and implementing marketing plans, and fostering a high level of customer loyalty. He also holds a Life Accident & Health License, a Series 6, and Series 63 License.

Andrew attended the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking Three-Year Program at Bucknell University, is a Dale Carnegie Graduate and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
