DNB FIRST ADDS NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

           

DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania - October 25, 2007 – DNB Financial Corporation, parent company of DNB First, National Association, announced that Stasia H. Whiteman has joined DNB First as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending. She was most recently employed by Commerce Bank and Susquehanna Bank.

"We are very fortunate to have Stasia join our lending team," said William J. Hieb, DNB First President and Chief Operating Officer. "We will all benefit from her many years of experience in financial services."

Stasia brings over 25 years of financial experience ranging from credit review, relationship management, private wealth management, and most recently in commercial lending management. Her portfolio management consisted of business entities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

"DNB First’s strong commitment to personal service as an important factor in my joining the Bank," noted Whiteman. "I look forward to making a valuable contribution to the Bank and the community."

Stasia attended The College of William and Mary in 1982 where she majored in Business Management and minored in Finance. She is on the board of the Pennsylvania Women’s Campaign Fund and the Treasurer for the Tredyffrin/Easttown U-18 Travel Soccer Team. Whiteman resides in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
