MATTINGLY PROMOTED TO BRANCH MANAGER

Mattingly Promoted to Branch Manager of DNB First Lionville Office

DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania – September 19, 2007 - Diana Mattingly has been named Branch Manager of the Lionville office of DNB First, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of DNB Financial Corporation. In her new position, Mattingly will be responsible for small business and consumer banking development in the Lionville market area.

"Diana is one of the brightest new stars in our branch network," noted Executive Vice President Richard Hartmann. "Diana’s promotion is the result of her hard work and dedication to customer service. We are very proud to have her serving the community at DNB First."

Mattingly formerly served as Assistant Branch Manager of the DNB First Kennett Square and Chadds Ford branches. Previously, she served as Personal Banker at Sovereign Bank in West Grove. Diana brings seven years experience in the financial services industry. She attended Oklahoma State University and University of Central Oklahoma. Mattingly currently resides in Chester County.
