DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania (June 4, 2007)— Donna Reeves has been named Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager of the Chadds Ford office of DNB First, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of DNB Financial Corporation. In her new position, Reeves will be responsible for small business and consumer banking development in the Chadds Ford market area.

Reeves formerly served as Branch Manager for Alliance Bank and brings more than 35 years experience in the financial services industry. Reeves holds a banking degree from the American Institute of Banking.

Born and raised in Delaware County, Reeves will become President of the Concordville Chadds Ford Rotary as of July 1^st, 2007 and is a member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Chadds Ford Business Association, and Business Professionals Association of Western Delaware County.
